The Winter Conference will feature an array of expert speakers reporting on pertinent topics that include the current bison market challenges, the new Bison-App field management app, ranch-specific financial planning, herd health, and more. The conference will also feature a keynote address from Steve Rinella. Steve is the host of the Netflix Original series MeatEater and the top-ranked MeatEater Podcast. His magazine writing has appeared in publications ranging from Glamour to the New Yorker to Outside. He's authored six books dealing with wildlife, hunting, fishing and wild game cooking, including American Buffalo: In Search of a Lost Icon and the bestselling MeatEater Fish and Game Cookbook: Recipes and Techniques for Every Hunter and Angler.
